Michelle
Meet Michelle! Our Chief of Bar Operations: Mixology Maestro. She’s got a heart as big as her humour. With a family history that’s taught her a ton about the twists and turns of addiction and the colourful spectrum of neurodiversity, she’s as empathetic as they come. Not to mention, she’s probably the funniest person we’ve ever crossed paths with. Heading up our bar services, Michelle is a bona fide mixology wizard, having aced her way through the International Bartenders School. She’s the genius behind the bar, mixing up magic one drink at a time.
